Rat cardiac fibroblasts, Neonatal (ABC-TC4107)
Rat primary cardiac fibroblasts (RCAFC) are isolated from heart tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. Rat primary cardiac fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
