GFP-Human Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Cells (ABC-FC0020)

GFP-HPuMVECS were selected from HPlMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3-4). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 10 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
