EL4.IL-2 (ABC-TC0243)
This subline of the EL4 cell line is capable of producing IL-2 in response to phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA). Following stimulation of EL4.IL2 using PMA for 24 hours up to 2500 units/ml of IL-2 may be produced.
