Zika Virus NS1 ELISA Kit (DEIABL85)

The CD Zika virus (ZIKV) NS1 ELISA kit allows for the quantitative detection of both secreted and intracellular ZIKV NS1. The assay is suitable for evaluating ZIKV infections in vitro and serves as both a sensitive and specific means of testing numerous samples in a short period of time (total assay time <2 hours). This assay provides a high throughput alternative to conventional viral detection methods such as reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blotting. This assay is not validated for use with human samples.
