SV40-GFP-Mouse Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Cells (ABI-TC4182)

Mouse Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Cells (mPulMVECs) were initially isolated from mouse cardiac ventricle tissues of 3-week old C57/Black6 mice and SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs were selected from mPulMVECs infected with SV40 and GFP expressing lentiviruses with puromycin. Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs. And we warranty a minimum of 30 passages of the cells if
cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
