RFP-Porcine Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells (ABC-FC0059)

PoASMCs-RFP cells are selected from RFP-lentiviral transfected PoASMCs resistant to PUROMYCIN. The cells are shipped in a frozen vial(the cells are provided @ passage 3). Smooth Muscle Cells(SMCs) Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of PoASMCs-RFP and these cells can be propagated to extra 3-4 passages without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
