Human Brain Vascular Adventitial Fibroblasts (ABC-TC3525)

<strong>Human Brain Vascular Adventitial Fibroblasts</strong> from AcceGen are isolated from human brain vascular tissue. HBVAF are cryopreserved at first passage of primary culture and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5×10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HBVAF are characterized by spindle morphology and by immunofluorescent method with antibody to fibronectin. HBVAF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HBVAF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings at the condition provided by AcceGen Research Laboratories.
