C57BL/6 Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (ABC-TC3188)
Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (MEFC) are isolated from day 13 mouse embryos of pathogen-free laboratory mice. They are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-7 days.
