Mouse primary lung cells (MPLUCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLUCs are mixed population of mouse primary lung cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
