Immortalized Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) (ABI-TC278D)

Immortalised Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) was generated by infecting cells, obtained from a 37 year-old female undergoing laparoscopy, with SV40 virus. This cell line exhibits expression of markers of endometriotic lesions that are seen in vivo. Immortalised Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) may be used to characterize and identify genes and/or markers related to endometriosis.
